what is a retreat?

Retreats are a time for peaceful prayer that allows individuals to reflect on how to better live their faith in family, social and work relations.


Activities for retreats include:

  • Holy Mass

  • Meditations

  • Talks

  • Sacrament of Reconciliation

  • Spiritual direction​

When: 7:30pm Friday to 4:00pm Sunday, September 27 to 29, 2024
